The memories one loses, are completely gone, not only from one’s mind, but after a long time passes, from the collective subconsciousness itself.History must be protected at any cost, especially in times in which rational thought perils. As it is the only abstract element of our mind that virtually connects us to our own ghosts, it’s placing us in time but also space. We protect, we shield, we enclose.
